1 Identification of the data controller
The data controller is the company CorpEdificacions, S.L., with address for contact purposes at Travesera de Gracia, 9 – 08021 Barcelona (Spain) (“Becorp”).

- Becorp has an interest in optimal and quality services being provided. For this reason, Becorp considers that the legitimate interest on which the treatment of personal data is based prevails over the fundamental rights and freedoms of the interested parties, since the treatment is within the reasonable expectations of the interested parties insofar as the treatment refers only to the data necessary for the professional location of the interested parties in order to maintain commercial relations.
- In any case, the interested parties may request more information in relation to the legitimate interest or exercise their right of opposition, sending said request to lopd@be -corp.com.

- Execute, maintain, develop and control the contractual relationship between Becorp and the interested parties. For this purpose, the interested parties may communicate personal data of third parties (for example, other professionals from the same or different organization) to Becorp. In such a case, Becorp relies on the legitimate interest for the processing of said data and the interested parties guarantee that they have informed said third parties about the processing of their personal data by Becorp by submitting this Privacy Policy.

Execution of a contract (article 6.1(b) of the RGPD):
- The data processing of the interested parties who formalize the contract is lawful because it is necessary for the execution of the contract between Becorp and the interested parties.
- The refusal to provide the personal data that Becorp request could result in the impossibility of entering into or maintaining said contract.

Becorp does not share personal data with any third party other than those indicated above, except as required by applicable law.
3 Storage period
Once the purposes for which the personal data are processed have been fulfilled, Becorp will keep them until the expiration of the prescription periods of the responsibilities that may arise from its relationship with the interested parties and during the periods necessary to comply with any legal obligation that result of application.

You can exercise, when applicable, your data protection rights by sending a written communication to lopd@be-corp.com and indicating “Suppliers” in the subject of the communication. For these purposes, Becorp may request as much information and documentation as it deems appropriate to properly identify you.
Likewise, you can exercise your right to claim before a data protection authority, including those located in your place of residence, work or in the place where the alleged infringement has taken place.
